VIDEO: Leaked Commentary Video Hints at Brazil Legend’s Inclusion in FIFA 18 [ad_1]

​The 2018 edition of EA Sports’ long-running FIFA series may still be four months off being released, but fans of the franchise are already speculating about what we can expect from the game’s latest iteration.

We already know that season 2 of ‘The Journey’ will be part of FIFA 18, but details on other aspects have so far remained elusive. That is until now, at least.

A leaked video, which was originally posted to Instagram before it was taken down, showed two Russian commentators doing some voice-overs for the game, and one particular snippet has whipped fans into a frenzy over the possible inclusion of a new footballing legend:

Hear that? One of the commentators mentions the name “Ronaldo” very clearly in the footage.

Whilst this could usually be assumed that they’re talking about Real Madrid superstar Cristiano Ronaldo, one clever boffin on Reddit transcribed the duo’s interactions into English, and here’s what they had to say:

Clearly there’s only one Ronaldo this can be, and it isn’t the Portuguese variety! Fans of FIFA have longed to see Brazilian striking legend Ronaldo in the game, and it could just well be that the 1994 and 2002 World Cup winner could be the newest edition to FIFA’s Ultimate Team gamemode.

We will wait with bated breath, that’s for sure!
