Transfer Rater Georginio Wijnaldum to Real Madrid Fornals to Arsenal

Things change in the blink of an eye in football. The Football Whispers Index takes the latest transfer rumours and gives them a score out of five; the higher the score, the more realistic and reliable the whisper.
Here are today's top five emerging whispers for the summer. And keep an eye on Transfer Talk for all the latest gossip.
Georginio Wijnaldum to Real Madrid
Eden Hazard is Real Madrid's top transfer target this summer, and it's pretty much common knowledge at this point. But, unsurprisingly, Chelsea don't want to sell their main man. And with the Blues starting contract talks with the Belgian, Los Blancos are now worried they may miss out. So, according to TuttoMercatoWeb, they have lined up Liverpool's Georginio Wijnaldum as their Plan B. Since arriving from Newcastle United for £23 million last summer, the Dutch midfielder has been hugely impressive, scoring five goals and assisting six more and becoming a crucial part of Jurgen Klopp's side.
Moussa Dembele to Juventus
Moussa Dembele attracted interest from a number of top clubs before his move to Celtic and looked set to move to Tottenham in January 2016 before the deal fell through. But since he made the switch from Fulham to the Scottish Premiership, he's been linked with most of the big teams across Europe. The latest one is Juventus. France Football says Juve have been watching him since his time at Fulham and he's still on their radar. With 32 goals for Celtic so far this season, it's no surprise the France under-21 international is attracting interest.
Hector Bellerin to Barcelona
Spanish daily Sport suggests Barcelona are looking to capitalise on Arsenal's poor season and re-sign their former academy player Hector Bellerin. The Catalan club believes they can tempt the right-back, even though he only signed a new contract last November. With Arsenal likely to miss out on the Champions League, Arsene Wenger's future unsure, and the 22-year-old being dropped to the bench in recent games, Barca believe the situation regarding Bellerin's future has changed since November and hope to make the most of that.
Pablo Fornals to Arsenal
According to Mundo Deportivo, Arsenal see Pablo Fornals as a possible long-term replacement for Santi Cazorla, who's now 32. But if the Gunners want to get Malaga's 21-year-old rising star, they'll face competition from the likes of Barcelona, Sevilla and Valencia. He has a current buyout clause of €12m (£10.1m), which Malaga are desperate to increase so they don't lose him for what would be a low fee in today's transfer market.
Jozo Simunovic to West Bromwich Albion
It isn't just Dembele who's in demand at Celtic, with Jozo Simunovic reportedly a West Bromwich Albion transfer target. That's according to the Daily Mail, who also claim Crystal Palace, Newcastle United, Sevilla, Espanyol, Torino and RB Leipzig are interested in the 22-year-old centre-back. Simunovic nearly left for Torino last summer, but the move collapsed late in the transfer window. Celtic reportedly value the Croatian, who's made 29 appearances in all competitions this season, at £9m.
