Thomas Lemar is one of several Monaco starlets who has caught the eye of Europe's top spenders.

The football world's gossip mill is in full swing, and Transfer Talk is monitoring the whispers ahead of all the summer moves. Check out the latest deals and potential deals here.

Arsenal join Morata sweepstakes

Arsenal have joined the race to sign Real Madrid sensation Alvaro Morata with the Sun reporting the Gunners will rival Manchester United and Chelsea for his signature.

The Spain forward has been stuck behind Karim Benzema this season and as the French star's performance against Atletico Madrid this week showed there is little prospect of Zinedine Zidane replacing him any time soon.

The former Juventus star will cost about £50 million, with Arsene Wenger highlighting him as the ideal replacement for Alexis Sanchez, should he depart this summer given his reluctance to sign a new contract.

Arsenal's trump card could be the guaranteed starts and expansive role Morata would be afforded compared to other clubs.

Allegri handed £106m war chest at Juve

Juventus have assembled one of Europe's most formidable sides to reach the Champions League final, but Corriere dello Sport believes they could get even stronger this summer by spending £106 million on new signings.

The Italian newspaper believes the Old Lady will invest the money earned from their run to Cardiff in three key targets.

Milan's Mattia De Sciglio, Barcelona's Andre Gomes and Bayern Munich's Douglas Costa could all arrive at the Juventus Stadium this summer if Allegri has his way.

Jann-Fiete Arp action Germany U17
Jann-Fiete Arp's profile is rising since he scored two hat tricks for Germany in the European U17 Championships.

German starlet drawing Chelsea interest

Chelsea are at the front of the queue to sign German teenager Jann-Fiete Arp, reports the Mirror.

The teenager has been on the Blues' radar for six months and shot to prominence during the European Under-17 Championships with two hat tricks.

Arp's current deal at Hamburg is set to expire in 2018, and sporting director Jens Todt is desperate to extend his contract.

The Blues will likely face competition from Borussia Dortmund to land one of Europe's brightest young talents.

Chelsea, Spurs to battle for Cherries right-back

Bournemouth right-back Adam Smith has attracted interest from Chelsea, who join Tottenham in the hunt for the 26-year-old, reports the Sun.

The report details how the Blues watched Smith in the 2-2 draw with Stoke and are going to watch the player once more this weekend against Burnley.

Smith began his career with Spurs, but left in 2014 after seven loan spells. His former club could be on the look out for a new right-back with Kyle Walker's future remaining uncertain.

Ronald Koeman makes clear that Ross Barkley will be sold if he does not sign a new Everton contract by next week.

Paul Mariner compares the Ross Barkley of last season with his performances this season and explains how he can return to form.

Tap-ins

- Brighton have made a surprise move for Liverpool midfielder Lucas Leiva as they begin preparations to avoid relegation in the Premier League, reports the Mirror.

The Seagulls will look to land the 30-year-old on a free transfer with Chris Hughton targeting signings with top-flight experience.

- West Brom look to be close to announcing the signing of Leeds full-back Charlie Taylor with an agreement over compensation said to be close, according to the Mirror.

The Baggies could pay as much as £5m for the left-back, who refused to play in the Championship side's final game of the season.

- Finally, AC Milan will look to sign two news centre-backs this summer to strengthen their defence; Fenerbahce's Simon Kjaer and Villarreal's Mateo Musacchio could help kickstart the new Rossoneri era, reports Tuttosport.
